Message	$4000+ is definately what to expect for a nice paint job. I didnt realize you had a TT already. How many miles does it have? do you have any mods at all currently? First thing to start with to reach the 400 hp level is intake and exhaust. A nice free flowing exhaust setup and intake is a must. Start by doing a compression test, boost leak test and fuel pressure test before you consider starting any mods. Check plugs for correct gap and adjust accordingly. Making sure the car is running right first is the most important thing. After that upgraded injectors and a nice JWT ecu with boost jets or boost controller will get you up there in horsepower.
