C16 is a 116 octane fuel that is designed for high compression or boosted applications, the Torco 110 is probably in the 104-106 motor octane range. Typically the race fuels you find at gas stations are designed for 11:1-13:1 non boosted engines and are generally the companies most generic fuel. To compare to VP the Torco 110 would likely fall between VP Red and VP110 on the scale.
