Message	many times IP address lookups will go back to the main ISP hub (or building in other words). It doesn't mean that is exactly where he lives, it may be miles off in fact. I'm not saying he isn't lying, but that isn't always a great way to figure out where someone lives. I've seen IP's go over state lines to the wrong address.
