Set up the page size in InDesign, use a .125" bleed, import the photo, stretch it to the bleed (beyond the printable edge), add text if you'd like, and export to .pdfReprographic/printers prefer .pdf files. Save it to your jump drive or burn it to CD. Go down to your local print shop -- not Kinkos!! for Gawd sakes, unless you want it to turn out like shit and pay too much. You tell them what you want, they print it and call you when it's ready. In San Antonio you'd go to: Lonestar Reprographics Ridgway's [ www.ridgways.com ] Thomas Reprographics River City Reprographics Ask to have it printed (matte photo paper) and mounted (vacuum glued to foam core) I had three presentation boards printed and mounted (20" x 30") for $90 and that would be considered a good deal.
