I think most have been in this situation at some point. It's very uncommon for an attorney to argue minor traffic violations, such as this. In fact, an attorney can be down right counter productive for minor infractions. Keep in mind, I feel your pain. I'm not a proponent of taxpayer dollars going to over policing interstate highways for what appears to be less in safety and more in State profit. Six patrol cars is excessive, but it's unfortunately the current law of the land and not an argument you can win here. Next time, just live and learn; put that new radar detector to good use and consider it money well spent, just speed responsibly. I am very happy with my Valentine One.
