Message	Whether you're doing it in camera or post processing, I wouldn't blur the background that extremely. Yes it places focus on the car, but almost so much so, that it makes the car appear to be added into the photo. If the photo were cropped more, it'd be ok. But by allowing so much of the building to be placed in the pic, you're making it a focal element, so it shouldn't be so out of focus.
