Message Considering there are really no buttons on the dash of the Z32, I think this (or the AVX11) would flow very well in a Z. (Mine is currently in my DD, as I am not going to be driving my Z for about two years, but it will eventually go in the Z.)

Power off

Power on and screen on

And if you don't want the screen on, you can set it to turn the screen off when it's idle... during which, the only light coming from it is the white "On/Off/Attn" light on the top right of the screen. The screen activates when your hand gets close to it.

Also, this unit doesn't need an adapter for iPod as it has a built in USB cable, as well as a built-in line-in for any other auxiliary input. It also has built in bluetooth, so it doesn't need one of those hideous dash microphones like many other head units. (And I find that feature very useful, as it is louder than a bluetooth headset and it's clear on both ends.)

And the AVX11 is the same unit with a slightly smaller screen, buttons, and no built-in USB cable or bluetooth (though it is compatible with both).

You'd think I was a salesperson for JVC, but I'm not. I just think they have very good products and the absolute best looking ones to boot. I used to be Pioneer loyal, but I got a JVC head unit for Christmas in 2004 and haven't bought anything else since.

I love elitists who aren't really elite in any way... they amuse me greatly.
