Message	area much at all. Making me feel old now. I've really only been around the western portion of you guys' play area there, the Pisgah Nat Park and I have been up around Boone a few times. Can't go wrong with the Blue Ridge Parkway, so long as you don't get stuck in RV traffic. As far as a strategically good route for this event, I wouldn't have the first clue, though I'd be willing to bet there are no "bad" routes, the parts of that area I have been on are a joy to drive.
