Buy some resin and fiberglass cloth at some place(i live in europe so no specific directions). Probably home depot or something carries that kind of stuff. You'll also need an inch wide brush or two. Cut out that loose part with a dremel tool. Then mix up some resin in a paper cup, and lay it down around the hole from the inside. lay a piece of fiberglass on that, and soak it up with resin. Wait 10 minutes and lay down another layer. Now if the hole is now patched you can pour some resin into the dent from up front. Just lay it on some garden table and make a little puddle of resin in the place where it's missing material but not too much so it still has an indentation. Finish it off with some high grade bondo. Sand it down, and let the bodyshop prepare it for paint. If you or your freinds have some reptiles at home you shurely have that special kind of lamp for them. They are also used to grow cannabis in home:) hope you know what i mean. If you dry the bondo off with a lamp like that, you will shurely prevent it from cracking later on.
