Message	They don't care how it is between the engine and the tip, but if the vehicle came with dual outlets from the manufacturer, it must retain the dual outlets. In other words, the Z32 came with dual outlets (not tips, so quad tips don't count as four), it must retain the dual outlets. This occurs during the smog check routine. There is a question on the computer that says something to the effect of "Single or Dual outlet" and if the smog technician puts down what he sees, the system will automatically fail the test.
