Message	its probably a hardware issue. I sent my ecu out and had is socketed to take the NIStune daughter board. When I got it back and installed it ran very rough, check engine light, and fan was on. All it turned out to be was it wasn't fully seated in the socket. I took it out straightened the pins and reinstalled and everything was good. Im not sure if that helps as I am not familiar with Zem... If it were running bad simply because it having the wrong program loaded then I don't think your aux fan would be running.
