Message	minor. His leak is probably the heater core. New EFI harness would fix most all electrical problems related to water if any. Of course, I'd pull up the passenger side carpet and inspect the ECU and padding for any signs of water or mold, and check the compression of the engine before buying, but all in all, the car looks to be in good shape.
