Subject	What is my best bet here guys?

Message	For some time now, my passenger exhaust has been pissing blue-white smoke. I believe it is the oil seal inside of that turbo. I plan to pull the motor and replace the turbos. My question is do I have the turbos rebuilt (if so, where?) or do I find a set in classifieds that someone I've never met claims do not smoke. Considering the hours of labor this job will require, I would like to be sure that the turbos going in will function right and for a long time. BTW, I will also be doing a full gasket set from COZ, oil pan/pump/strainer combo, and possibly a timing belt kit (although ARLEY @ SPEEDLINE claims the motor only had 25k on it when purchased recently).
