Message It is the number used by the ECU in several equations to determine the proper pulse time to get the target A/F ratio.
If you have a datascan cable you can pull the eprom code by installing it in your car and powering it up with the ECU harness. DO NOT run the car with an unknown ECU program. There is a very slim chance it is correct for your setup and it could quite easily damage your engine. If you don't have s cable you can send the ECU or the chip to someone who does. They can then check the K value and compare it to your injector size.
