:this is a preference thing, so not taking anything away :from your comment. :but i tell you, not having a grip adative is wonderful. :Oh, and dragging a 110pound transmission across it doesn't :help keep that perfect look either... (Mine are metal wheels). :IMHO : Yes the floor is slick without non-skid BUT non-skid defeats the purpose of a slick easy clean floor. I solved this by only epoying the parking spots. I masked off and used a contrasting cement STAIN in the other areas...not so slick and it looks cool.
As for flakes, I preferred marks/scars to "Camouflaged" washers when I drop them.
