Message	the fact of the matter is that the energy needed to pop a water molecule is greater than the energy given off when it re-combines again with O. Find a way around that and you'll get the Nobel Peace Prize. Crack-pot ideas like these are ridiculous and people that are not skeptical enough are the real losers. Like taking candy from babies in my opion.
