They will fail you on the stupidest little thing so that they can get the work.

Now people tell me I take things too seriously, but they don't understand. They don't care either. I don't feel they respect or understand what I'm trying to achieve. Perhaps it is their own sense of failure that is trying to sustain and validate itself.
