| I'll knock down two birds with one stone since Russell's reply is now locked (that's what I get for enjoying the day with my family). I believe the claims of developing more parts for the Z community is debatable and would go one endlessly based on one's definition of what developing a product really is. And whether or not this claim is true, it does not give Russell/Z1 free license to do what they did to this site last March (and since I have no direct knowledge of the 3ZC moderation control issue, I'll avoid speculation on that topic). Nor does this give them a sense of entitlement that *IF* they indeed developed more parts than the next guy, they are above proper business practices and customer service principles. It comes across as if they've done a big favor to the Z community and it wouldn't be where it is now if not for their contributions. As if we should look the other way and let these issues get swept under the rug. From my observations, people don't see the poor customer service as an isolated incident and Z1's actions continue to support that view. I'll go back to my original point that with Z1, the odds are higher that a customer will have a bad transaction than with other vendors. Better people than me (and with more subject-matter knowledge) have presented the facts about these issues, and my intention is not to be the expert on the customer service issues with Z1. I think it's easy to see the proof from those with more direct experience whenever these posts come up. Which by my calendar, should roll around in another few weeks. Good luck to you. Dave
