Message	sold you the engine? If it was "built right" the prelube/assembly lube should still have prevented cam seizure(even after 3 years)till it got oil and if there was a reason why it didn't get oil then it wasn't built right. Document the teardown and talk to them. Maybe they can help with parts or a partial refund. Worth asking... KKrofft
