| How else should one base their opinion on a good/bad company? If one get's screwed for $100 or $1,000 while another person's transaction went without a hitch, that doesn't erase the fact that they had a bad transaction and, therefore, a sour experience. Common sense tells most people (especially when it comes to spending their money) that one bad experience is enough not to chance a second time and be out possibly more money. And in contrast to your point that I quoted - when one sees a relatively high number of complaints when dealing with a company, you can't dismiss the chance of the odds not playing out in your favor should you decide to take a gamble with that company. I've sat back and watched this situation unfold for almost as long as I've been on this site. And I'm sorry to say, but it really has been a pattern for Z1 despite Russell's repeated posts to the contrary and promising to fix the situation. Yes, I realize that not every transaction will go smoothly - but why does CZP, IPP, and SZ seem to have a drastically lower level of complaints? The scope and magnitude of the problems at Z1 suggests a lack of oversight/control from time to time. When something like this issue flares up, it gets Russell's undivided attention for a period of time. But it appears that things backslide when his attention is focused elsewhere. At least that's my observation of these situations. I tried to stay out of these topics as I don't have much to offer in the way of my experiences with them. I will say that my opinion of their professionalism went into the toilet when this site was hacked and the VTD system was abused earlier this year. There's no excuse for that and showed that since they couldn't improve their customer service, they would try to delete prior bad experiences people had posted here. That's my $0.02. Dave
