Message	I have had nothing but great service with Russel and Jon at Z1. I'll tell you up front that I can be a very hard person to please and everyone will tell you Im very meticulous. Ive had 2 TT's and a 350z and they do all my work. 99% of their work on my cars have been flawless and the other 1% was corrected immediately. Russel has always treated me fairly and I agree with malman, he puts 110% into the business. Anyone who has any business experience will tell you that you can't always please everyone and I hate some folks have had a bad experience. If Z1 is so terrible howcome I was over there yesterday and the parking lot was full of cars waiting to be worked on and I was told it would be 2 weeks before they could install the new parts I had bought. Forums arent here to bad mouth people and companies. If you have a problem with someone go to them. Dont get on here and bad mouth people and expect it to get better.
