the fault lies in the hands of the user. Seafoam is the shit if it is used properly, but can cause damage or cause problems if used improperly. Seafoam should be used slowly. It's a liquid and if it is sucked in too quickly, there is a possibility that you could hydrolock the engine. It sounds that the seafoam has pooled up in the plenum and one the engine sucks the liquid into the cylinders, it may be too much at once and killing your spark. You might have to pull off the balance tube to see if there is a shitload of seafoam sitting inside your plenum.
