stuff up yourself with the established clubs? As long as they are ZCCA affiliated, they have the insurance connection (though I recommend bypassing them if you want anything covered in a timely manner), so all you gotta do is get acquainted with as many Z'ers as you can, find your locations, plan out what you want to do, spread the word, and voila! you have a "scene" that isn't as dead as it used to be.
