Message	out to be rebuilt with new CHRA. Install in car. Sell the one you remove as a core here or on ebay. I did this 5 years ago. I had mine rebuilt by Hardline Turbo in Utah. About $450 including shipping for both back then. No problems after ~25k miles. Got $100 for each core afterwards selling them on ebay. So the whole rebuild cost about $250. As you've learned, with any rebuild, whether it's turbos or trannys, the quality and longevity of build always depends on the expertise of the vendor. Hope that helps.
