Misc. Cleaning and powdercoating

And probably a bunch of other little things that I can't remember. Anyway, long story short. I took it for the maiden voyage yesterday, pulled it out of the garage looking like this! A bit dusty but I cleaned it up and went for an easy drive.

Yeah -2 for the crappy cell pic but I was too excited to go in and get the real camera.

Then After I washed it up and went for a drive.

Heres a few more misc. shots of the process.

When I first Pulled everything.

Before installing fan and shroud.

Some of the PC work

Injectors installed

So far everything seems great. Fixed one coolant leak on the passenger turbo and my AC comp doesn't seem to be kicking in. I don't know how I could've screwed up the one wire splice after everything else but whatev. Anyway, big thanks to Tim Davis(SilverTwin(OH)) for answering my phonecalls and any questions I had, Eric H(EricTTZ) for the same thing, Marshall (96300NAZ) for helping pull the engine, and Chris H (CMH(OH)) for the parts! Most of all THANK YOU TT.NET. What an incredible resource we have for these cars.

Next up is body work, installing the Zeta Wing, powertrix Kaminari style sideskirts and Powertrix Fog light ducts.

Enjoy!
