| Thanks to Kuah with his SPL Coilover group buy, I've had my set of coilovers sitting here ready for the right time to install them. I get to go back to Hallet in late august with the MIDWEST Z FEST 2008 Tulsa Oklahoma... so this was as good a time as any to get these things on. So once again I found myself over at Steve's Swap Shop for my SPL Coilover install. One for the front.
 The set for the rear.
One of the KYB's getting replaced.
Drivers side front installed. Insert dirty wheel well comments here.
Drivers side topside... the adjustment knob. 15 settings I believe.
 Passenger side rear.
Steve and his son taking off one of front wheels.
 The before shot
The after shot. The front and rear was lowered around half an inch from the already lowered eibach height.
The I think we lowered the rear too much the first time shot! Add your own sounds and smells. Steve's garage has a bit of a slant if you drive in or out of it not quite straight on... hence the exaggerated angle of that pic.
Over all it was a pretty painless install. The ride quality hasn't suffered... so far. With all the settings on soft ( relative term I'm sure! ) it's just a Z with a slightly stiffer suspension. Can't wait to get the car on the track and see what the different settings do to the handling of the car.
Be seeing you.Tu.
