Message	pintle = mechanical needle valve, actuated by a coil. pintle-less = a sort of piezo static plate valve. Pinteless are less prone to failure due to the mechanical advatange of not much mechanical stuff inside the injector. They are also less prone to clogging/gumming. word. Petz #3
