Well it's been a struggle to get my 92 manual trans TT Z back to the street. I purchased this car from another TT member who had his motor self destruct in 2000. For 7 years the car sat with no motor and parts disapearing at an alarming rate. So after complete j-spec motor install, new 02 sensors, new TPI sensor, plugs, fuel filter, and many vaccume leaks and air leaks found and fixed, and thats just the short list. I'm still fighting the same issues of the car running too rich and unable to catch idle when decelerating to a stop. It's better but still not like a true TT should be. So before I replace my Jim Wolf ECU I'd like to know that it is the problem. So I'm looking to borrow either another Jim Wolf ECU or Z1, possible even a stock ECU. I can meet anyone who has one available in the DFW area to swap ECUs for a test run, or pick up one to test. Any help would be greatly appriciated. I'm also running dual pop chargers. call me at 214-793-8419 or e-mail me at leblanc2005@sbcglobal.net
Thanks Paul
