if you have low light you need more time to capture a shot, hence the long 1 sec exposure time, its recomended to never handhold a shot longer than 1/60 so since he handheldthe exposure the shot was blurry not because the camera did anything wrong, which was my original point. All cameras operate on the same principal. So maybe I'm missing your point?
