I have never used claybar on paint....I would be surprised that it does the trick. Rubbing compound would work but you must be careful not to rub so hard as to take off the clear as well. To be honest, unless you have expertise in this I would hire somebody who knows paint finishes and buffers. Scrubbies etc is also something you don't want to use. I have a friend whose daughter ruined her paint job with one of those to take off bird crap.
