Message	real heavy, They are a bit stiffer than the stock or stage 3 and below kits but from the ones I have run and the ones I have been in that put the DXD kits in they seemed all to be very reasonable. Is the clutch very stiff? Was it since you put it in or did it start to change and get stiffer? It looks like the TOB sleeve got in a bind on the input shaft housing and broke the fork on one side. I would check the aluminum surface of the input shaft housing for gouging or roughness and make sure the TOB sleeve slides easily on it. Make sure you put some lube on the inside of the sleeve also.
