 My clutch fork broke. This was with a South Bend DXD-F 6 puck clutch for about 3000 miles. The fork was probably the original one. Don't know how many miles on it. The shifting was difficult. I had to double clutch/rev match. Maybe because the fork had already begun to bend. I don't know. In comparison, my previous twin disk clutch was very easy to shift. The pressure plate was tiny and soft. You can't just keep beefing up the pressure plate to get more torque capacity. This is pushing the envelope on other factory parts? Anyone has similar failure on a single disk?
