there is an oil pump to block gasket as well as an oil pump to feeder tube gasket. then there are the head gaskets, rear main seal to block gaskets, all sorts of exhaust gaskets, oil filter gasket, and oil pan gaskets to name a few of the possibly tougher ones. if you are just replacing the oil 'drain' tube gasket, you probably dont need(want?) to pull the motor. iirc the stock passenger oil supply line uses pipe or flare fittings where as the driver side oil supply line uses a banjo bolt off of the block and flare fitting at the turbo. of course, if you are just looking for an excuse to replace all the gaskets now so you dont have to later, then more power to you. if you are just looking to maintain what you have, might want to take it slower. in any case, when i went through rebuilding a motor/ replacing gaskets, i got the rebuild kit. i ended up using 85-90% of them (still have extra stock turbo gaskets and some short block gaskets). as far as time and difficulty, too many variables for me define an adequate answer. and, i am no professional so i do not know how they count 'time'. scroll through the em section of the fsm to get an idea.
