Message	2 ways I go about it 1. My ISP (comcast) allows me up to 2gb per month from newsgroups. I use a program called "GrabIT" and I find a .nzb file for the Top Gear episode (various websites have these). I use the nzb file to grab the various pieces of the video file, then GrabIT will piece it all back together in the form of the video. Very easy (easier to do than to explain) 2. I use EasyNews (thanks Guapo), and just do a simple search about 30 minutes after the episode airs in the UK, then just click and download. I use the newsgroups because I can get faster downloads than torrents. I'm talking 1-2mb/second rather than the 300kb/s via newsgroups. So I can usually be watching the episodes less than an hour after it airs in the UK.
