but don't you get sick of reading the same thing over and over. i am very grateful for tt.net and the numerous members. it's helped me invaluably over the years. i understand that the public needs to know that there are vendors/people that will screw you over but can't we think of another way to do it? I have bought things from Z1 in the past and never had any problem with their service or the quality of their product. Please do not think I am a Z1 fan who thinks they are being represented poorly or being picked on. It just gets old...sorry to raise a stink
