Aero properties, as I'm sure you are aware will change if you could simulate the road moving underneath the car at speed. Was this pic done with that in mind? yes, I can model a rolling road very easily. Doesnt kill computational time either. I tried spinning the tires, but kept getting supersonic numbers and then it'd fail, so I think I got my radians per sec calc wrong... :Because, as I understand it, static model vs. one where the road is 'moving' underneath, changes the aero properties. yessir. I was just farting around. I'm looking for something specific, and this model was far too complicated for what I need. I also subscribe to RC engineering as well as RaceTech and Bournoulli. All great mags. Except for the $600.oo subscription price (total).
