Message this may not be "rubbery" enough for you but it is made by Plasti-kote for moldings and advertised as a "low gloss finish made of a tough flexible acrylic resin." Product is rubbery to the touch after it dries.

the repair was not perfect but was better than the piece of shiny metal showing thru. I tried to park under a road sign and the edge scraped off a small piece of my trim, lolam.
