Message	Installing the main seal first is no problem, and actually preferred. As far as RTV goes, I didn't use it. I used Gasket Sealant, it's made for coating fiber gaskets before installing them. #80063 on the pdf... [ http://www.permatex.com/documents/GasketDressingSelector.pdf ] So far so good for me.
