Message	Unless the shocks are visibly leaking, they must just want to make some money to change out the springs/shocks. Funny thing is that they are probably 100% right that it is shot, but I think they are being dicks by failing the car. I'm sure you can get it done somewhere else and therefore be able to participate in the GB for coilovers :)
