Message	If the answer is no then you don't really need either. Resurface the current rotors if you can and get some new pads. If you are going to track the car then look at brakes and worry about the radiator later. And no matter what the answers are to the above, the next mod for you should be proper sized wheels and tires. You have smaller than NA sized tires on there. Then maybe a boost leak checker, and a conzult/consult type program.
