Message	Has anyone considered why the engineers saw fit to incorporate a front mounted intercooler on the GT-R versus a side mount setup? My theory: One (of many) rule of thumb where aerodynamics are concerned - it is much easier to route oncoming airflow AROUND a vehicle as opposed to THROUGH a vehicle (internal ductwork). Perhaps in this case the aerodynamic benefits of one center grill opening outweighed the thermal efficiency losses incurred by specifying a front mount intercooler.
