Remember that a tenth at the bottom (60') is worth two at the top. If you had some drag radials to hit some 1.7/1.8 60s you'd be a full second quicker running around 12.2-12.4s. You'll likely need an upgraded torque converter, 3,500-4,000 stall, to get into the 1.6s and below though. All told, I'd say you're doing great. 12s on street tires is exceptionally hard for the Z32 no matter who you are so don't kick yourself one bit!
