Message their is a difference between stock and original

stock refers to the components on this page:

La-Z-Link

machine work follows as in the fsm, that is considered stock. using new oem bearings and rings is considered stock. if you reused the original rings and bearings, that would just be foolish.

the bottom end becomes non stock when using short block components from this page:
La-Z-Link

the only reason i carry on is because you carry on. just because there is "not much to the bottom end", doesnt mean that you change a component from oem to non oem and still call it oem. as soon as one component is changed, then it is not stock. that is why it is so hard to find stock z32. stock parts may be inferior to some aftermarket parts and more expensive, but as soon as you change one thing, then following the fsm fully 100% becomes impossible. not saying its a good or bad thing, just saying what it is.
