Message	If it's a chip from Stillen then it's an EPROM. Stillen will only upgrade it if you send in a complete Stillen ECU with the original chip configuration. Stillen doesn't support EPROM upgrades the way JWT does by sending in just the chip. If it were a JWT chip you would only have to pay $100 plus shipping for them to change the program. If it were a 94' JWT ECU you would have to send the ECU to JWT because it's a different configuration than the EPROM in 90-93 ECUs. Both EPROMs and EEPROMs can be erased and rewritten. EPROMs are erased using ultraviolet light and EEPROMs are erased electrically. Whatever you do, stick with JWT if you can. (Total Mouse Over Hits: a Lot)
