Message Thanks again to everybody for the help.
Here is where I am today:
Insurance company called back today and said they will now give me $3,058 instead of $2,600. Estimated repair costs were at $3,800. They also will not budge from this price. They said the only way now is that I have to hire an indepedent appraiser(which I must pay for) and my insurance company must also hire indepedent appraiser. They will both go out and agree on a new value of the car that could be greater than the $3,058. If they cant agree on the new value then they have to hire a 3rd indepedent appraiser were my insurance company and I would have to split the cost of this person.
Should I just take the $3,058 and call it a day.

A few things to look at:
Source used parts instead of new. As stated before they have a new headlight assmbly down as $350 I could get one used. They have the new oem rim down as $251 I could live with it being scratched for a hot min.
Also we have no idea if there is frame or internal damage. The estimate of $3,800 was just for the body work. So they say I can call the autobody shop now and ask them to put the car on the lift. If there is internal damage then I can supplement this and request to have it covered. If I do not have the autobody shop put it on the stand and we go straight to doing the body work and then they find out there is internal damage after they cut me the check then no supplements.
I am thinking to have the auto body shop do the check now before I settle with insurance. If no internal damage then I will settle and take the check and have to start sending all these misc parts to the shop. I'll not be happy if there is hidden damage regardless if we catch it before I settle. Sorry I wrote a frickin' novel. If you have any input please share. And again thank you very much for everyone who has helped with suggestions and comments, through posts and emails.
