Message	I had a similar situation when I was in an accident 8 months ago. The accident was completely the other person's fault and his co. admitted liability. I went thru my insurance company thinking it would be quicker and easier. It wasn't. My insurance company reimbursed me the totalled amount minus the deductible. They didn't mail me the deductible until 6 months after the accident
