So I was about to get a car, and the owner took a picture of his Title and it says nothing about having a Salvage title or anything. The Odometer reading on the Title is accurate to what the Owner is saying, but Carfax says there was an Odometer rollback... the gauges/odometer on this car is digital too. On the title, the Cummulative damage is $0.00 yet there's multiple entires of Salvage Title Issued on Carfax, one in 02/07/1994, and continuing in 03/01/1994 , 04/05/1994 , 05/11/1994 , 07/25/1994 , and 10/28/1994 all have "SALVAGE TITLE ISSUED" next to them... I'm just wondering if there's any way you can confirm the accuracy of Carfax. Needless to say I'm pretty bummed about this, and so is the seller because he also had no idea about the history... he bought the car 10 years ago from the first owner, and had the title in hand with nothing stating a Salvage/Rebuilt title, so he thought everything was okay
