Message	but it all amounted to me having to wait months. In any case, they really need to improve their communication and timing. I will not be purchasing from them again after my own experience and hearing of others. A reputable shop would have at LEAST taken the initiative to inform me if the product was actually back-ordered rather than waiting for my question. You don't have to live in a bubble just because someone else caught the flu.
