Message	and only heard one peep from them about it, prompted by an email query from me, in which they informed me that they were waiting on whoever was making them (would have been nice to tell me that upon receiving my order). I was in no hurry, so I didn't press, but then right about the time I was about to give up and cancel my order they finally showed up. But I did wait MONTHS, without any initiative from them in the communication area. You don't have to live in a bubble just because someone else caught the flu.
