Hey all, it's been a couple months since my last post. Since then I have finished the brakes, new wheels/tires, 120k maintenance done, some other things, and just some overall cleaning and detailing. Still have some parts that need to be installed including subframe bushings and springs/shocks. I'm also about the embark on clearing out the BLOSE system out of the car. I've decided on the alpine 9886 head unit, and I am going back and forth between either infinity kappas, or the alpine type r speakers. Guess I will just make some speaker brackets as I go. Not sure about the subwoofer yet,(any suggestions?)but I think I'm just going to build a single sub box, and hopefully I will still be able to put the t-tops in the back. Sound and audio is definately not my strong point, so we'll see how that goes. Also if anyone has any tips, suggestions, pointers, feel free to share! I'm still struggling with getting the tint off the back hatch. The car sat for a long time in the sun, so it's on there pretty good. As far as the interior I still need to get a glovebox latch to fix the glovebox, fix or replace the ashtray door, and re-wrap the steering wheel. As for the exterior, the cars gonna have to be repainted. It looks decent from a distance, but when you get close to it, you just see all the rock chips, dings, and everything. Overall I'm just glad to be driving the car again, and I had forgotten how much I enjoyed it. Just thought I would share with everyone. Thanks!
